These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SOLEVA™ website and your purchase of SOLEVA™ products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to SOLEVA™.
• “You”, “your” refers to the customer visiting our website or placing an order.
• “Products” refers to the SOLEVA™ Electric Callus Remover and any related items we sell.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We may update or change the website at any time without notice.

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. An order is only accepted once we confirm it and dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, in which case we will refund any payment already made.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within South Africa. Free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of R749 or more. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, used foot-care products may not be eligible for return. Please contact our support team before returning any item. Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Warranty

SOLEVA™ products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications. Please contact us with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.

Product Use

Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Always follow the included product instructions and avoid use on irritated, broken or damaged skin. Individual results may vary. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from misuse of our products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the SOLEVA™ name, logo, text and images, is our property or used with permission and is protected by South African and international law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
