Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your SOLEVA™ purchase. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used foot-care products may not be eligible for return.

Please contact our support team before sending anything back so we can assist you with the return process. Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
